Difficult to say, possibly. Depending on what time of day the satellite imagery is snapped can alter how certain things appear - drillpads, roads, waterways etc. It would be very difficult to accurately pinpoint a drill rig at this level of resolution. A drill rig might be 12m x 3m whereas a drillpad which is the disturbance we are seeing is more like 25m x 25m.
