IPower lines go across Andover property as do gas lines. And there is a town very close to the property. In their recent presentations AZS made comments about how good the infrastructure is and how close it is.

I think you need to do more research on Andover. You were asked a difficult question which needs quite a bit of research.

PLS took about 3 years to production and SQM are not going to wait around for 14 years.

4 years is definitely possible. Tony is on record stating they want to fast track development to take advantage of strong prices - SQM has the technical knowledge to assist with a fast development time. This all assumes it is a big ie 100mt+ deposit, which has to be proven ie potential to be big. IMO if the early drill results are very good we are likely to see many more drill rigs in operation ie 10ish.

Deposits like PLS, LTR, KDR were able to come out with a MRE over 100mt drilling about 50,000m or less. These 3 did not take a few years to get to 100mt, KDR took about 6 months.
