Shares will be issues once all of these conditions are satisfied, and also no later than 3 months from the "meeting" held 14th July (so before 13th October) assuming all other conditions have been met. i.e. could be some way away.
The company has openly and repeatedly stated first assays due mid September, so likely next week or following. Mining conference on east coast with our director presenting in Melbourne and Sydney next week. Would be very timely to drop some juicy assays.
