As a newby Investor i hear a lot about jurisdiction and logistics in setting up a successful mine. I've done so much research at my own level and trying to value WC8 vs something like PMT. I ask those who have been in this game longer just how crucial are these factors. Resource wise this will never likely be close to Patriot. But just how much impact does the jurisdiction and logistics make? Happy day all
