As a newby Investor i hear a lot about jurisdiction and logistics in setting up a successful mine. I've done so much research at my own level and trying to value WC8 vs something like PMT. I ask those who have been in this game longer just how crucial are these factors. Resource wise this will never likely be close to Patriot.
