It is here the presenter asks the MD questions about the acquisition and where this things headed. There is some really exciting information in the answers and a professional response to accusations of "director's special" holes. I remember someone posting way back it took 9 months to nut out this deal. Not sure how they got the info., but they were spot on. A lot of work went into setting this up, with majors looking to scoop it up from GAM. I bet they had a fair idea the place might hold some spod.
