I forgot to add Management as a factor
I find people dont consider the management behind a company enough as a factor.
its a big reason some projects dont get anywhere.To be fair i havent bothered to check the resume of the LRS management to type this but having done the research of the WC8 management already i know Alex and Matt have Spectrum Metals takeover under their belt, Alex was a founding director of Delta LIthium.
