Bald hill sold fully constructed $1B - 27MT @ 1% ...
WC8 grade is looking lowish as well. Exploration stage not fully constructed. Holders do need to align dreams and aspirations back to really 30MT resource undeveloped is a 70c SP IMO.
$3 undeveloped would require 100MT + @ 1.4% which does not seem like it is happening here in both size and grade.
Would love that to change but just offering a bit of genuine views here for what we are currently seeing.
