have a look a few lines down and then read the above post by sugeknight and it will show how brokers attempt to panic holders into selling without actually wanting to sell their shares.
the idea from them is that mum and dad investors think that someone else knows more than them. Hence they will panic sell and then the orders are pulled when they get their orders filled.
