No one is looking at the bid price and doing any maths on it. Whilst eyes are on the ACCC and FIRB and then quickly onto Brookfield / EIG to see who folds first....This takeover is dead in the water.
What is driving the price? its a simple realisation that ORG's FY24-25-26 earnings will be punching sustainably $4-5bn of EBITDA p.a...
Never seen a management team or board back a takeover that has a 3x EBITDA multiple in the history of the ASX...
No one is looking at the bid price and doing any maths on it....
