you are including the fact that dividends will be deducted from the offered price? the dividends are in the bag now and maybe its good timing to sell if there is not going to be a far far better offer in the pipeline as there are many other opportunities that could be missed while holding instead of selling now plus the dividend a 100% done deal and re-investing in other great opportunities, I have a few in mind, will sleep on it
