You're right mate. The offer will be deducted by all the dividends paid to the shareholders. Though I must say that the takeover won't be an easy one as AustSuper is increasing their stake at the company. It will be an interesting m&a to watch once ACCC and FIRB made their decision.
Crude oil is now above 90/barrel and demand usually increase towards Christmas period. APLNG may score a good revenue if there are no issues with the production.
