Mate some people would sell their mothers to make a buck so good on you bud for caring about Mum. Sell away, it won't the slightest bit of difference. Just remember there's another person you need to pay and that's the tax man. Work out you capital gains tax and lock it away before you spend any money on Mum.
congrats on the win, just remember most don't turn out this way. Try understand what your buying and personally I don't buy in this speculative end of the market with money I can't afford lose.
