Seriously, the Board needs to be voted out.
Too many Boards in Aus agree the deal before SH's get to have a look and/or vote. Board and Exec are often incentivised through post deal arrangements and completely ignore the possibility that they should do their job and enhance and crystalise value that the bidder can see.
