The independent valuers at the time of the Brookfield offer said there was potential value to $11.00 so its not surprising that we are on the way to get there and I don't see why there needs to be justifications for that now if some analysts saw that value of today plus more a while ago. As usual in such a situation I just regret that I didn't buy more years ago when it was as low as $3.60 approx (forget exactly) which put me far in the red, but now I'm near to being in the black again as well there have been dividends over the years so really I've been in the black a little while if I consider it all.
