    It isn't 90%+ of shareholders that vote in favour of these resolution but 90%+ of shares that are voted are voted in favour.

    Can you explain the Treasury con though? It is reasonable that those who own the most shares get the biggest say (one vote per share). Are you saying it should be based on one vote per shareholder instead of one vote per share?
