yeah its not the majority of shareholders who hold any sway, its the minority of shareholders who hold most of the shares that have all the power - which really isn't quite ethical in my view. I think the power should lie in the majority of shareholders who have shares regardless of how many - like when we have a political election every person's vote is equal regardless of how asset rich or poor they are
