When u looked at the shareholders numbers from the 2023 annual report, holders numbers with 5000 share or less total roughly 103,500.
If u includes holders up 10,000 shares it tallies up to 114,500 shareholders out of total of 122,000.

Within the T20 there are 2 publicly listed ASX companies, Argo Investment Ltd and Netwealth Investment Ltd.
Both of these companies would need to go through the same process at there own AGM on the remuneration resolution.

What are the chance of them voting against a hike in the remuneration resolution for the CEO and an increase in funds for directors?

Many of these directors sit on other company boards etc….the poll voting system made it possible for the Institute of Director’s to form a closed loop system of rewarding themselves.

I’m not aware of any company ever achieving the 25% by only retail shareholder’s without the assistance of at least one T20 holder.
