The company would be a fool to defend itself by saying that it never actually committed to a hard date.
It has consistently been leading the SHs into believing that it will resubmit the BLA by 30 June 2024.
If it wasn't submitted by 30 June - they should disclose per listing rule 3.1
If it was submitted - there is no reason why they should wait for FDA's acceptance letter. They can announce resubmission now, and back it up further with another announcement when the FDA accepts the resubmission.
