what we do know is Mesoblast has engaged and collaborated with the FDA very well considering the adverse actions by lobbyist and competitors attempting to rain on Mesoblast's parade. Mesoblast has over 1,000 patents and patent applications ensuring extended protection to 2040, this was not a walk in the park it takes professionalism, foresight, regulatory diligence. Although there are no guarantees as we've been in a similar position previously. However, I do believe the FDA has gained a better understanding and knowledge thus providing Mesoblast a genuine chance of success. Probably why the shorts are at historical lows. I'm thinking a 6 month review period is likely.
