Keep in mind, IF MSB has truly put before the FDA now abundant evidence, that Ryoncil IS delivering a life saving benefit for very sick children....I, like the American people, would expect approval, at the VERY EARLIEST moment possible - not an hour, of a days delay!

My understanding is, post whenever approval does occur, much now confidential documentation, as to who said what to whom, based on the vast array of information put before them, is made public, meaning the reputations of the Agency (and its relevant team members) ie, to be acting in good faith for very sick children, becomes a matter of public record!
