Correct my observation if it is incorrect , but what the graph does not show is the baseline level.
Ie
The reading at 72 and 82 that you claim ....... could be to a patient that had " normal levels "of activated CD4+ T cells, and there was no change, and the others with 50% change, maybe had 50% higher levels ( abnormal ) .
It's not noted - but would account for the lack of change, since the cells are activated by inflammation, the less inflamation , the less activation.
