    Great posts.
I been trying to get my head around why we don't see serum free in the clinic as the leader. After doing a little research, the phrase " serum free " is lets say BS. All cell lines start in serum as the seed cells are harvested from the donor. Then they go back into a patient's body and are instantly exposed to serum. According to our manufacturer, to adapt the dietary requirements for the cells from serum too serum free it takes up to 6 weeks. My limited understanding is our cells at this time are fully manufacturered and ready for patients.https://hotcopper.com.au/data/attachments/6326/6326880-1adb0c0cff7de3222b7271c111df0032.jpg

Then ask your self this. If it takes up to 6 weeks to condition the cells to serum free , what happens when you put them back in serum? I have heard some researchers call there cells as "there babies " It's not a great picture, millions of cells with what som call number 4s .

All this and they still can't say that the cells are serum free.
