What leak are you talking about? The only "leak" if there was one, would be FDA approval and that is potentially months away, plus approval would result in far more than a 5% increase in SP (in my opinion).
Given most sectors are up on ASX and US analysts predicted a near term 10% correction in the markets, from the large sell down happening over the past week or so, I would suggest it is just that. A price correction and not a huge one at that. MSB has been trading up a couple of % consistently most days. 5% is not really anything extraordinary or out of the ordinary.
