I believe you are not being, as usual, entirely sarcastic here, @Pledge. The timing of any approval is a tricky issue but it should not be allowed to stand in the way of (1) a go to market piece of prep work for kids’ aGVHD given its positive revenue implications no matter how small for a start, as well as (2) the preparation of some good data to take to the meeting with the FDA on potential AA for heart. That said, if a GVHD approval should come earlier than expected, I am surmising that Oaktree could be persuaded to allow the loosening or lengthening of its loan. Remember it still has its warrants. They will become more valuable with an approval.
