With thanks to a friend… a bit of correction on my part on “no more placement capacity”.

That only applies up until the AGM and then it automatically gets another 15% equity placement capacity without shareholder approval under Listing Rule 7.1. The Board can issue at whatever price and whatever terms it considers appropriate. It resets in every 12-month period.

There is also the limited ability to place an extra 10% of equity under Listing Rule 7.1A which needs to be voted for at the AGM and expires at the following year’s AGM or after 12 months
