Amongst the FDA regulations is the policy that an applicant cannot be informed whether they will be approved or not until the end of the process.
It exists - just too lazy to dig up the link at the moment.
So even if you are having favourable discussions you cannot be told the final outcome .
Let's just wait and see , in short order
