Can someone give some input to this thought. So on my maths there is enough cash to get to approval. Yes it’s risky as it’s like all your chips in on one decision, compared to raising now. But I really hope they take this risk and hence less dilution. But given it will be a board decision and they maybe risk adverse ? But they would also be going on the dialogue having and had with the FDA. So if they don’t do a CR then MSB would be very confident of approval. My question is are there any guidelines/orders/ whatever that the MSB board have to follow?? . Of this is the case then maybe a CR will happen?
