If by "good" you mean commercial then you are correct. However there are researchers who have small scale manufacturing of MSCs used for treatment that have secured patents. Some advocate using multiple donor cell lines because if the theory that some donors cell lines are more potent in vivo than others its a way to improve efficacy and consistency when no single potency assay seems to be accurate.
