Stan I've already posted too much today - I'm glad you got something out of Brianne Barkers immunology lectures. I've a couple of recent purchases - Alberts Molecular Biology of the Cell -seventh edition and Janeway's Immunobiology 10th edition - I'd read earlier versions these are quite recent and depending on funding you could buy something like them less than a couple of hundred bucks and supplement some learning - or not, there are other ways to learn - these just happen to be some recent text books I'm aware of because I wanted something general - the text books always lag a bit behind the science papers. Aggarwahl and Pittenger from 2005 (same post I mentioned Brianne Barker) would still be a great and relevant place for you to wade in in my opinion. And its free, its MSB and its still referenced in MSB patent application papers -older papers often uses simpler technology than is harder to understand in its later forms until its understood in its earlier forms - and it goes to mechanisms related to potency assays.

I was disappointed you referred to me as deep state type or something on the basis of some one of lord of the rings quote.

I was also disappointed that being stan you posted of your husband (people called stan have husbands (a legal relationship) because the societies they live in have set aside prejudice - in the US and in Australia - that's only been possible for a handful of decades - good luck to them and a credit to society to be so expansive is my view) and yet in the same post you wrote on sacrificing children to some standard - which I think is a sort of bigotry of your own - the reason clinical trials are done is not to cause suffering but to enable mere humans (researchers and scientists are mere humans too) to discover truth about mechanisms most effciently and with the least suffering.

A good trial design reduces the total amount of suffering because it focuses on maximizing learning - the learning is then employed.

Sorry not trying to shame you - just responding one to one while I'm here as I don't plan on staying.

Yes - we know- I don't know why this old news is such a hot topic amongst non holders.
