Well I guess look at it this way. If you and I are right, then Mesoblast will receive another CRL.
I've got used to SI (So-sue-me I-told-u-so) making exaggerated claims (we have a validated potency assay and a well defined mechanism of action, ODAC voted 9-1 for "approval" etc) and even having to settle claims for tens of millions of dollars after having the claims rejected by multiple regulators in the US, Australia and Canada.
