Hey I'll show you the name of a relevant patent - a granted one - its Mesenchymal Stem Cells Expressing TNF-alpha Receptors. I've found a hardcopy in a pile of papers stating I printed it off the day I realised it has been granted (which was some time ago) - I printed it 28 March 2024.

-- this patent would be market relevant - in my opinion - MSB should have disclosed it to the ASX the moment it was granted - no reason to keep a granted patent unannounced.

Its US 11,821,004 B2.

Now you or anyone else that thinks the MSB is transparent show me an MSB announcement telling the market it had been granted.

I think you won't be able to - I think paklettuce won't be able to.

MSB is not transparent - MSB and Silviu selectively brief some in favor of others - that is a making a false market in my opinion (a granted patent is a fact - no announcement is a checkable fact) - that puts retail holders at a disadvantage to cronies.

On a couple of occasions I can recall you have come to the MSB hotcopper forum with what amounted to talking points from statements Silviu later repreated - the time you teased about a patent was one occassion another occasion was picked up by Wilba - she recalled you stating 100,000 pages as part of the BLA submission - then read about Silviu repeating that number not in an ASX announcement by in a bit of feed the journos some color.

False market in particular is my main point to you otherperspective - granted patents should be disclosed.

Funny you bring that up. While there hasn’t been a specific ASX announcement solely about a granted patent for the potency assay, Mesoblast has been quite transparent in their regulatory updates, particularly in their September 2023 announcement. Not every patent needs to be blasted out unless it’s price-sensitive or required—standard biotech practice, really. But if you’re still looking for something to nitpick, maybe try reading the actual updates instead of assuming something’s being hidden.
