The act of announcing you are ignoring someone for all to see (including the ignoree) is not an act of ignoring. It is the opposite of ignoring.
And now reading responses to those that you have put on ignore and guessing who it is that another poster is responding to? Knowing your guess is someone on your ignore list (and stating AGAIN that your guess is a person that you have put on ignore).
It’s not really ignoring is it? It’s not ignoring at all. It’s persistent and continuous NON-ignoring under the guise of ignoring.
It’s weird. But all the cool kids are doing it.
