Great song, never heard it before. I guess getting recordings and stuff must have been in the 70's or 80's? Brilliant!
Sadly in the 60's practically nothing was recorded. I saw The Who, Stones, Beatles, Animals, and so many more. Then I got into Soul, Reggae Ska and Bluebeat.
About 50% of the kids in my school were from The West Indies. They were wonderful people and we all embraced their music.
I went back last year as we normally do, but last time my poor Dad was dying which was awful. But so many of the Doctors and nurses were from the Windies, I miss them so.
I also love opera, classical, just so much music lol.
