For msb there really shouldn't be any need for a trading halt unless msb want to put one in place as fda will likely announce a decision during Wednesday night (outside of aus trading hours). I can see a 30min halt on Thursday morning on open if not any halt. Meso will definitely need a halt as fda will announce during trading hours.
