Read any of the books about trading, they mention the trading in the first 30 minutes is not of great significance in terms of price, the volume matters, but 28k, including premarket, is nothing to worry.
One of the indicators I am using is TTM squeeze for long-term entry and which turned green just one day before after being red for more than two weeks, which is a strong buy signal, which I have followed only 1 hour before the halting to increase the baggage.
So I am with you, the market knew the news in advance, and you can read it in the chart, and if that is true, then it is positive
