the price target is probably theoretically correct but doesn't mean anything if there is no appetite or market. the main users of that research/report/price targets are retail investors and maybe family offices - not the kind of audience that can assist with the price discovery process in a meaningful way where the stock is traded 5 days a week, 6 hours a day.
It's actually part of why im invested: the transition to being an institutionally held stock from a not so institutionally held stock.
