Remember that its (BOD) control of the target that only needs to be achieved. Which can be achieved without a bid to the shareholders at large. So, T/o wwithout a bid - possible after late 2020. My biggest worry ! Moreover, the key shareholdings may well be tied up in Carribean entities ... Hmmm food for thought rather than Members being dismissive.
