Oops - factual inaccuracy arising from information overload. I was in a hurry and didn’t check my facts but I am glad that based on incomplete information, the conclusion using my fuzzy logic is still pretty good. (I am increasingly aware that I am quite good at that.)

ChatGPT has this to say about it. “Fuzzy logic is a type of many-valued logic that allows for partial truth, where the truth value of a variable can range from 0 to 1, rather than being strictly true or false. It's used to handle vagueness and uncertainty in decision-making, especially in situations where information is imprecise or not fully defined.

    • Partial Truth:
Fuzzy logic deals with statements that are not completely true or false, but rather have a degree of truth.
    • Fuzzy Inference:
This involves using fuzzy rules and linguistic terms to map inputs to outputs, allowing for more flexible and adaptive reasoning.”

One just need to be very careful and self correcting in deploying such logic. In any case, Cobley and Krause both saw something beyond what we can see, and most likely see themselves as being able to contribute to positive change. Dr. Krause’s contribution has already been proven. We await to see Ms Cobley’s.
