I am not in fact suggesting collusion but merely parties taking advantage of the situation that developed.
Having said that collusion happens all the time but getting parties to admit that is another matter.
I am sure it is merely a happy coincidence that Vanguard and Blackrock doing their best to buy up entire suburbs real estate to rent out at inflated rates never happen to be buying in the same suburbs.
