Cap raise for heart or back…. Not on. Silviu has said it is too big to go alone, therefore partnership is the way they are going.
The Partner will ‘buy’ in , possibly at a discount, but I cannot see how a shorting house can get a bite of the action.. I would imagine, something similar to SureCentre deal. ( If not them)
