I am not sure why people keep making this comment about Sub Hold Notices ? There were none lodged during the $3.20 CR ... there were none lodged from Friday's big transactions .... why do people think we will be getting one from this weeks trading ?
.... and let's face it, with our regulators big organisations paint the lines (and sometimes outside of them) all the time - can someone point me to when the last time an organisation was actually fined for breaching these rules ..... anyone ? Enough said
