NO. The FDA which is independent, approves MSB. It doesn't make findings of trial outcomes according to do what any person, including the President, dictates.
Trump may try to claim responsibility but the reality is different and it's not dependent on whether or not shareholders support the passage of MSB through FDA clinical trials. (HINT: WE DO!!!)
Trying to turn those simple realities into a moral checkmate about the US election is just a bit more twisted than usual.
