Actually IMO the fact that the re-submission has taken such a long time does indeed point to a problem in resolving the issues that the FDA have raised. Instead of acknowledging that, some posters prefer to suggest that the FDA is somehow slowing down the re-submission or that the company has already done it but just hasn't announced it.
