If you were in his shoes, would you have made this statement - only a month out from the end of the quarter?
"Remestemcel is in line for a BLA resubmission, which we expect to be filed this quarter"
I wouldn't have doubled down like SI had; unless, I know it was going to happen.
Sure, something may have come up since then - and so here we are...

BTW - in terms of "expect", now with only a few days out from this quarter - it was a prudent word to include in the statement given the ambulance chasers circling
