Quite a list of achievements. Credit where it’s due. Problem is, having spent some time in the haematology field with experience with aGVHD, you would/should be fully aware of the consequences of being affected with that horrendous disease and the very poor prognosis for those afflicted by it.
Herein lies the quandary, why are you so opposed to a treatment which offers the greatest chance of survival after 4 years to what is available now? Makes absolutely no sense to me.
Please don’t say that there is no proof of efficacy as the 4 year data states otherwise.
