When trying to value a product that is about to go on sale, one of the most important factors is market penetration and time taken.
TEMCEL achieved record growth for a number of consecutive years to end up at around 40% of the entire market. This included running out of product, and needing to boost the manufacturing size because it was so successful. Allbeit by only 30%.
I would not be surprised at all if they continued boosting their manufacturing as I suspect they are near capacity again.
Regarding MSB..... One would assume a similar growth profile of around 40% within 3 years, and given MSB plans to service the hospitals that treat 50% of patients, and that insurers allready had contracts with MSB pre the first BLA it is entirely feasable they can achieve this or more.
