Actually it will be very easy to understand why, because the FDA will say so, just as they did in the previous CRL. It will be because MSB have failed to satisfactorily address items mentioned in the previous CRL and refused to follow the actions recommended by the FDA to address the deficiencies identified in the trial.
If you can't understand it, then perhaps asking MSB to share the reasons given in the CRL would be helpful. Then again it might not, just as SI said he couldn't understand why Novartis walked away from the collaboration agreement, even though the reason for termination would have been spelled out plainly by the company and the lawyers. Perhaps shareholders should hope for more transparency on major issues.
