MSB is going for full approval. No need for another trial.
Forward looking (after approval) Real Word data will determine if the FDA need to take it off market or change criteria. (They do it with other medications)
No one knows, even the best scientist, what a particular drug will do to certain patients or what it does 5 to 10 years down the road. In particular with serious conditions with no therapy to treat.
serious GVHD 60% Response, is better than the alternative.
