Self Regulation comes to mind when mention of the FDA. Moving forward the US Government will eventually evaluate the merit of Self Regulation when underpinned by a robust Company Research Centre. Just think about the resource expertise Mesoblast has second to none but finds itself caught up in bureaucratic red tape hindering progress to appease big Pharma welcoming the ongoing short attack which in itself is a particularly dodgy world of manipulation.
