    I think a lot of investors have similar question. Unless they used different potency assay/ cell processing method between the cells in the trial and the cells in the inventory, why do they need to prove that the cells are indeed the same. Someone said that because the cells in the inventory are stored and may change their phenotype during the storage, but the storage is indeed part of the manufacturing process that has already been approved by FDA. In the CC the company clearly stated that they used similar potency assay in both cells in the trial and in the inventory.
